The main beach of Assos is located in the centre of the village, within walking distance of cafés and tavernas along the waterfront. The calm, clean waters of the harbour provide the closest swimming spot, while a couple of more secluded beaches can be reached only by boat around the headland.

The world-famous Myrtos Beach is just a ten-minute drive away. The picturesque pebble coves of the Erisos peninsula are approximately twenty minutes by car, and many other stunning beaches — including Foki Beach, Emplisi Beach, Dafnoudi beach, Kimilia beach, Alaties beach, and Fteri beach — can be reached within an 25 minutes drive.
