Niriides Apartments – Assos Kefalonia

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 13:00 (1:00 PM)

• Check-out: until 11:00 AM

2. Rates & Pricing

All rates are quoted in Euros (€) per apartment or studio, per night, for 2 persons, including taxes and services.

• Extra person charge: +20% per night

• Rates may vary depending on season and availability

3. Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the booking

• Payment methods:

  • Online card payment

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

The remaining balance is paid upon arrival (check-in).

All bank transfer fees are paid by the guest.

We do not accept bank checks or drafts.

4. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit is received.

Proof of payment (receipt via email) may be required.

5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

• More than 25 days before arrival:
  → Full refund of the deposit

• 25 days or less before arrival:
  → Deposit is non-refundable

• Non-show:
  → Deposit is non-refundable

• Early departure:
  → 50% of the remaining stay may be charged

6. Changes to Reservation

Changes to arrival or departure dates are subject to availability.

Any previously agreed discounts may not apply after changes.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property and facilities.

Any damages caused during the stay may be charged accordingly.

8. Liability

Niriides Apartments is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

9. Legal Notice

These terms are governed by Greek law (Ν.1652/86).
